ietersburg is the capital city of the province and a convenient stop-over to the Kruger Park because it is a main nodal point with 5 main routes converging. It lies exactly on the Tropic of Capricorn
(23 ½ º south) on a plateau with golder grasslands, acacia bush, rocky outcrops and a baobab trees.
