Betty's Bay, Western Cape
Brief description.
Betty's Bay (and Pringle Bay) area is on the Cape south coast, a short drive from Cape Town. The two towns are in close proximity and have lots of outdoor activities, with the entire area falling part of the United Nations-proclaimed biosphere.
There is a penguin colony, thousands of plant species, hikes, walks, great beaches, tranquil lakes, waterfalls, artists studios, potters, botanical gardens, whale watching and nearby wine farms. Hermanus is a few minutes' drive up the coast .
